In addition to a doorman, luxury condominiums, co-ops and upscale rental buildings may offer their residents the convenience of an in-house concierge.

 

We can manage all aspects all of the service including and not limited to;

staffing, training & preparing concierge manual and other documents.

We can prepare customized documents to be implemented at your building such as move in/out form, key control log, and communication log.

 

All our concierge staff have a valid security license, enabling our clients to receive extra protection and the knowledge of a Security Guard.

• Process your visitors and announce their presence to residents / owners / offices

• Monitor & assign visitor parking

• Maintain and organize packages from a variety of delivery agencies (UPS, Fed-Ex, Canada Post, DHL, etc)

• Contact Property Management, Maintenance and Security Personnel if their assistance is needed

• Monitor CCTV Camera Systems

• Maintain & update resident or owner contact list

• Respond to medical emergencies

• Summon assistance in the event maintenance emergencies occur

• Schedule rental of lounges, party rooms and/or common areas

The Concierge uniform is a very important aspect of the service we offer. Uniforms may be customized for each client's property and provides a professional appearance which adds to the individuality of the property.
